Puerto Rico faces an overwhelming struggle to recover after being devastated by hurricanes Irma and Maria. Children and families in Puerto Rico have been severely impacted by Maria’s devastating, direct hit. The destruction is massive across the island, complicated by severe power, fuel and communications shortages.
